Katrina Kaif revives her childhood days

The child-like innocence in her face is so endearing that you can continue staring at her for hours. One of the most beautiful girls of Bollywood, Katrina Kaif is about to revive her childhood days. The lady is teaming up with music maestro A R Rahman for an album exclusively for kids, which will feature only nursery rhymes. Katz is very affectionate about children and will shoot for the three music videos. In that way, she will get a chance to spend some time with them and also to lip-sync her favourite rhymes. “I love working with kids. So it’d be a special treat hopefully for the kids as well,” the young actress is quoted as saying. According to reports, Rahman has been secretly working on this album and that’s why he was not composing for any Bollywood films, the only exception was Blue. So how is this album going to sound different since it will contain only nursery rhymes? Rahman has made the songs appeal to youngsters, it’s going to be contemporary and it will also have songs composed by the students of his music institute in Chennai.

On Sunday night, Hrithik Roshan went all out to celebrate the birthday of his mother Pinky Roshan but he had some uninvited guests - cops. Bollywood celebs like Shahrukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Preity Zinta, Kangana Ranaut, Amisha Patel, Farhan Akhtar, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra were among the guests at Hrithik’s 8th floor apartment in Plazzo building in Juhu Vile Parle Development. The party continued well past midnight and loud music continued to blare, angering some of the neighbours in the building. One neighbour called up police and complained of loud music. A police officer at Juhu police station confirmed receiving a complaint call from an irate neighbour who did not disclose his name. The officer also confirms that the music at the party was “too loud” when they reached Roshan’s residence well past 2 am in the morning. The police warned the actor and told him to turn down the volume. As per reports, no legal action was taken even though using loudspeakers or creating noise pollution after 10pm calls for a penalty of Rs. 200. After the visit by police, the music stopped but some guests remained at the party.

The promotional stunts for Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani have kick-started and soon the ghazab jodi of Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor will be gracing your TV screens. Not only that, the hot couple will also walk the ramp together to promote the film at the FDCI Fashion Week 2009. Designer Rohit Bal has roped in them to mark the show’s grand finale and they will be the ‘ultimate’ showstoppers. Recently, the duo have shot for a TV show and as per reports, the awesome twosome also share an amazing chemistry off screen. Ranbir was his usual coy self, flirting in front of the camera, while demure Kat continued giggling as the blush on her cheeks was obvious. What came as a real shock though was Kat’s witty side as when asked who will look best opposite Ranbir, she took her own sweet time and instead of saying Deepika Padukone, she said Vidya Balan. Aamir feels (obviously) that movie is going to be a blockbuster and why not, in fact, distributors Big Pictures are getting the film’s world rights for a humongous amount. So, right from director Raju Hirani to main lead Kareena Kapoor, including producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra , all are eagerly waiting the movie’s release. All except actor Sharman Joshi, according to sources, he was offered the same deal but since he needed the money to get a new house, he chose not to be part of the profit game. Blue director Anthony D’Souza has been hit by a bolt from the blue. Even before the release of his directorial debut, D’Souza had been speaking about doing his second film with John Abraham. The director was so vocal about his desire to work with John that he all but confirmed the star’s presence in not just one but two of his forthcoming films - ‘Aerial’ and ‘Blue 2’. Meanwhile, John is amused that D’Souza is chalking out plans of doing films with him without even having any discussions. While D’Souza must have thought that after the good run of ‘Blue’, John would be game to work with him, the actor has now dashed the director’s big claims by diplomatically stating that he’s not signed any film with him. “I have immense respect for Anthony...however, I am neither doing any film titled Aerial nor any underwater film. I am also not doing Blue 2,” John is quoted as saying by a tabloid. Meanwhile, the buzz is that Anthony wants to reprise the cast of ‘Blue’ in the film’s sequel as well.
